Since 2020, Bellagroup has leveraged Event IT’s system to power ticketing, exhibition stand bookings, trade fair and conference registrations, as well as internal events.

Departments with separate branding
Bellagroup is set up as the main organiser with automatic access to all sub-organisers. The individual organisers utilise their own branding and themes, such as Bogforum, CIFF, LEGO World, and other trade fairs or events with distinct identities and branding.
Ticket scanning
For trade fairs and other larger-scale events, tickets are scanned using Event IT’s access control system. Bellagroup rents equipment from Event IT, while also running the check-in app on their own devices. Scanning can take place across multiple events simultaneously, and the system distinguishes between different ticket types.
Attendee and trade fair registration
Bellagroup utilises both templates and custom-configured setups for attendee registrations and trade fair sign-ups.
Stands and seating plan
Bellagroup regularly hosts “Flea Market at Bella", where exhibitors can easily and quickly book a stand using an interactive floor plan. Afterwards, they can purchase add-ons such as electricity, tables, and extra exhibitor wristbands.
Scandic Hotels
With its 30 hotels, Scandic Hotels is Denmark’s largest hotel chain. Since 2020, all of their hotels have used Event IT as their dedicated system for the professional hosting of conferences and events.

Wonderful Copenhagen has no user limits on the Event IT platform. Administration is handled independently, and new users can be invited directly from the system via an invitation email whenever the need arises.
