Stand reservations
Effectively manage your stand space sales, whether you process bookings internally or launch direct online sales. The system automatically tracks capacity, gathers necessary exhibitor information, and allows you to customise pricing per stand type.
Furthermore, you can configure flexible pricing models, seamlessly offering early bird discounts or exclusive rates to targeted groups, such as associations.
Add-on module
Allow exhibitors to effortlessly add furniture, catering, parking, extra tickets and much more to their booking. You decide whether the upsell process should follow directly after the initial stand booking, or if it should be managed as a separate step closer to the event dates.
The system provides total flexibility to configure exactly which supplementary products and services you wish to offer.
Invoices and payments
Save significant time on financial administration and invoicing. You decide whether exhibitors pay immediately upon ordering or if they are offered credit, after which we manage the entire payment process for you. The system delivers a live financial dashboard, providing an overview of sales and payment statuses, along with flexible workflows for automated or manual reminders.
Apply different VAT rates to specific product categories, such as VAT-applicable stand spaces and VAT-exempt add-ons, ensuring you collect the correct tax within a single registration. The generated invoices automatically reflect these specific VAT rates.

Easily customise colours, fonts, and visual elements to ensure your unique brand identity is automatically reflected across everything from tickets to emails and confirmations. You can also tailor your registration flow using templates or custom setups that match your exact style.
As the organiser, you choose the language or languages in which your event site and events are presented. Danish, Norwegian, and English are currently supported. If you require another language, please feel free to get in touch.
Enable attendees to select their specific seats directly during registration. The interactive plan displays real-time availability and can be configured for any venue layout, from auditoriums and conferences to banquet seating and stadiums. You gain a clear overview of all reservations, while providing attendees with an easy, straightforward booking experience.
Enable exhibitors to book their preferred location via a dynamic map directly upon registration. The interactive floor plan displays available and reserved stand spaces in real time and is fully configurable to the specific layout of the trade fair or exhibition. The result is a seamless purchasing experience for the exhibitor, while you maintain complete control over capacity.
Add an approval workflow to your stand registration and effectively manage participating exhibitors and their exact locations. The initial booking works as usual, but the reservation is only finalised upon your approval, which automatically triggers the invoice. If an application is rejected, the applicant is notified via email, with all messaging fully configurable by you. Combined with the interactive floor plan, this provides clear visibility into applications, stand selections, and final placements.
The workflow also enables personalised stand allocation. For instance, returning exhibitors can be offered the exact same stand space as the previous year, while new applicants submit multiple preferred options. After reviewing the submissions, you execute the final placement. This ensures a balanced exhibition layout, prevents competing exhibitors from being positioned next to each other, and places everyone in the right area.
Stand spaces
Set up any stand type needed, defining maximum capacities and flexible pricing tiers. Pricing and capacity remain fully customisable on an ongoing basis. For instance, if you have created a stand category with a capacity of 10 exhibitors, but subsequently discover room for 12, capacity can be updated effortlessly.
Equipment and add-ons
You decide the exact offerings available to your exhibitors, such as catering, tables, chairs, power supplies, exhibitor tickets, and various tent types with or without flooring, among many other options.
Payment methods
Give your attendees flexible payment options. You decide which payment options to offer. The system supports instant payments via major domestic and international debit cards as well as MobilePay, processed securely through a professional payment gateway. Furthermore, invoice-based credit payments are fully supported for bank transfers or EAN billing. Regardless of the payment methods you select, we handle the entire complexity associated with transactions and reconciliation.
Discounts and voucher codes
Create discount codes and offer selected participants price reductions on admission and/or add-ons, or create a general promo code for marketing campaigns. All pricing can be scheduled by date. This allows you to effortlessly set up early bird rates or other tiered pricing structures without requiring ongoing manual adjustments.
Currencies
The system supports payments in multiple currencies; simply select the relevant currency for each specific event. Currently, the following currencies are supported:
- DKK (Danish Krone)
- NOK (Norwegian Krone)
- EUR (Euro)
- GBP (British Pound)
Payment administration
Continuously track purchases made for each individual event. The order history allows you to view details of individual purchases, including the amount, payment status, billing information, and more, while also enabling you to handle cancellations, full or partial refunds, re-issuing invoices and tickets via email, and various other administrative tasks.
Managing stands and exhibitors
Situations may arise where you need to update exhibitor information or modify an exhibitor’s choices regarding stand spaces or equipment. The system allows you, as the organiser, to edit the vast majority of details as needed.
