Manage attendees

Waitlists
With the waitlist feature, cancellations no longer mean empty seats. When a ticket type (such as Standard, VIP, or Student) sells out, attendees can join a waitlist for that specific option.
Whenever a spot opens up, you can choose to have it offered automatically to the first person in the queue, which is ideal for concerts and general ticket sales. Alternatively, you can manually select who gets the spot and add them directly to the event, making it perfect for courses and more exclusive gatherings.
