Name badges

Design customised badges that reflect your event and brand, choosing the exact format, layout, and information to display. Print badges on demand upon arrival by scanning an attendee's ticket or confirmation, letting the system automatically generate and print them via your badge printer.

You can also download a single file to print everything on your own printer ahead of time, or simply export all attendee data in Excel or CSV format to handle production yourself.

Create as many different badge designs as you need; they are built as reusable templates that can be applied to any relevant event. Once attached to an event template, the system remembers your choice so you never have to start from scratch.

We offer a wide range of options, including digital badges that update with a single click and can be reused, as well as physical badges with universal holes for lanyards.

Printers

We offer two printer solutions, allowing you to choose the setup that best suits your event.

Our Zebra printers deliver efficient black-and-white printing across a wide selection of formats and labels, including practical stick-on badges and tear-off labels. Alternatively, our Epson solution offers double-sided colour printing and access to an even broader range of formats.

Scanners

Rent professional scanners to validate attendee tickets and confirmations with ease. The devices are intuitive to operate and include smart features for verifying membership validity, ensuring attendees are on the right team, and tracking attendance across individual sessions.

This gives you insightful, data-driven statistics about your event and attendees based on real-time scanning activity.
