Name badges

Design name badges that reflect your event and brand. You choose the format, the layout and the information shown. Print attendees’ name badges on arrival as they come in: when you scan the attendee’s ticket or registration confirmation, the system automatically generates and prints the badge on the badge printer. You can also download a combined badge file and print every badge on your own printer before the event.

If you prefer to handle printing and production yourself, you can export all attendee data in Excel or CSV format.

You can create as many different name badges as you like. Each one is saved as a template and then added to the events that need it. If you have an event template with a badge attached, the system remembers it, so you never start from scratch.

We offer a wide range of badge types, including digital name badges that update with a single click and can be reused again and again, as well as badges printed with universal holes for lanyards.

Printers

We offer two printer solutions, so you can choose the setup that suits your event best.

Our Zebra printers give you efficient black-and-white printing and a wide choice of formats and labels, including practical fabric stickers and tear-off labels. Our Epson solution allows colour printing on both the front and the back, as well as access to even more formats.

Scanners

Rent a scanner to scan your attendees’ tickets and confirmations. It is easy to operate and includes smart features for checking the validity of membership cards, whether the attendee is on the right team, and who is attending each team session.

The scanning data then gives you insightful statistics about your event and your attendees.
