Manage attendees
Get the big picture of registered attendees and their details. You can filter attendees by the specific choices they made during registration – everyone who chose workshop 1, for example – to see the distribution. Add and remove attendees, correct information and choices, or make other administrative changes. You can also make full or partial refunds of attendee payments, resend receipts and confirmations, and much more.
You can send emails to one, several, a filtered group or all attendees, adapt them to your colours and logo, and personalise them with tags such as the attendee’s name. You can also attach images and files, a programme for example.
Waiting list
With the waiting list feature, cancellations no longer mean empty seats. When an attendee type – Standard, VIP or Student, for example – is sold out, the user gets the option to join the waiting list for that particular type.
When a place becomes free, it can be offered automatically to the first person in the queue, which is ideal for concerts and general ticket sales. You can also choose who gets the place yourself and add the person directly to the event, which suits courses and more exclusive events.
Reports
Adapt your reports quickly and send them automatically to the relevant people. That saves you manual exports and spreadsheets piling up. The finance department gets updated revenue figures, the kitchen receives overviews of allergens and menu choices, and the workshop organiser gets attendee lists broken down by workshop. With both standard and custom reports, every recipient gets exactly the information that is relevant to them – professional, clear and always up to date.
Data and export
You have full control of your data and can always pull a complete export, across all events in a period you choose yourself, for example.
Besides automatic reporting, data can be retrieved through an API or exported as JSON, so it is easy to use in your own systems or share with partners. An API integration can transfer attendee data straight into your BI system, while a JSON export can deliver what a partner needs to build your event app.
