UNI Europa ICTS Conferece

UNI Europa is the European trade union federation for 7 million service workers. From 22-23 April 2026, UNI Europa ICTS will hold their statutory conference in Copenhagen, gathering trade unions from across Europe that represent workers in the information, communication, technology and related services sector.

 
Registration for Hotel Room
  • Standard hotel room is valid for 1 person staying in the room. If you wish for a 2 person room, please add upgrade for double room and choose the number of nights you wish to stay at the hotel.

  • Reservation can be changed or cancelled until 18:00 local time on 20 March, 2026
  • 100% prepayment required upon booking
  • Bookings will not be refunded in case of late cancellation or no-show
  • Breakfast buffet is included
  • Please Note:  You will receive an invoice by email when payment has been completed and booking is confirmed. It is not possible for the hotel to issue a copy of the invoice or receipt. 
 
Registration for Catering
  • Dinner buffet on April 21st includes cold and warm dishes as well as a delicious selection of cheeses and a dessert option. 
  • Lunch buffet on April 22nd includes cold and warm dishes as well as a delicious selection of cheeses.
  • Lunch to-go on April 23rd includes 1 gourmet sandwich, 1 bottled water and 1 piece of fruit.
Please note upon booking if you have any dietary requirements such as allergies, vegetarian, vegan or pescetarian.
