We breathe from the moment we’re born until the moment we pass away. The breath is our ultimate life force.

In this workshop you will discover the power of your breath!

Rob Koning & Tim van der Vliet will guide you in this journey where you will experience the unlimited power of breathing through a range of powerful and relaxing breathing techniques.
