The power of different perspectives: insights from CBS President Peter Møllgaard

Time: Wednesday, October 7, 2026 at 5:00 PM - 7:30 PM
Registration ends Monday, October 5, 2026 at 11:00 PM

As we welcome the newest Full-Time MBA and Executive MBA cohorts to the CBS MBA community, we invite our current students and alumni to come together for an evening of learning, reflection, and connection across generations, cultures, industries, and career stages.

During this special community event, CBS President Peter Møllgaard will share his reflections on why embracing different perspectives is essential in today's business landscape. Drawing on his experience leading CBS and shaping its strategic focus on lifelong learning and internationalisation, he will explore how organisations can stay relevant by combining experience with fresh ideas, and why learning should go both ways.

Following Peter's reflections, he will be joined by MBA and EMBA alumni for a panel discussion moderated by Professor and Associate Dean Andreas Rasche. Together, they will discuss:

  • How different generations approach leadership, risk, and decision-making
  • What we can learn from one another across career stages and experience levels
  • How cultural diversity influences collaboration and business outcomes
  • The leadership skills needed to navigate different viewpoints in times of change
  • Real-life experiences of bridging perspectives in the workplace

The evening concludes with networking, drinks, and light bites, providing an opportunity for new participants and alumni to connect, exchange experiences, and strengthen the bonds of the CBS MBA Alumni community.
