Are you ready to strengthen your organization’s partnerships and turn ideas into concrete projects?

Join EVOLVE, a seminar designed to support you in developing international collaborations and building strong, fundable project initiatives together with peers from across the Eastern Partnership region.

During this week in Armenia, you will gain practical tools to design, develop, and implement projects that respond to real challenges in your context. You will also connect with other Youth Councils and organisations working on similar priorities, opening space for meaningful cooperation and long-term partnerships.

What will you do?
You will take part in hands-on workshops covering the full project cycle, from needs assessment and idea development to proposal writing, implementation, and evaluation. You will explore relevant funding opportunities and learn how to navigate them effectively.

Through structured networking, partnership-building sessions, and group work, you will collaborate with others to develop concrete project concepts. The programme also includes intercultural learning activities and peer exchange, allowing you to share experiences and learn from different approaches across the region.

Before the seminar, you will meet online to get to know each other, align expectations, and identify potential partnership interests. After the seminar, selected partnerships will receive mentoring support to further develop their ideas and move towards project implementation.
