Zero Waste Cooking Class

Time: Monday 21. March 2022 at 17:00 - Monday 21. March 2022 at 20:30

Combine theory and practice as we eat our way through the circular economy.

Join the zero waste workshop to learn more about circular economy, Sustainable Development Goals, and zero waste cooking. At the workshop you can learn from professor of environmental science Marianne Thomsen, as she guides us through the need for a change in dietary habits if we want to succeed with the circular economy and SDG 13: Climate Action.

After Professor Thomsen’s lecture, you too can try your hand at eating sustainably and with zero waste as Christoffer from Jespers Torvekøkken presents our cooking class, where you will get tips and tricks on how to cook while still leaving the planet better than you found it.

The afternoon will end with communal eating when we eat what we have made ourselves and experience first hand the promising future of zero waste cooking.

There are limited spots for this event, so you need to get a ticket. Dinner and drinks are included in the price.

Deadline for sign-up is March 20.
