Under the headline “How to Serve Pasta and Humanity at the Same Time,” we are joined by Leif Friedmann, founder of Wasted (https://eatwasted.com), who is transforming discarded bread from restaurants into pasta to reduce food waste, and Isabel Froes from CBS, Senior Advisor at the Department of Management, Society and Communication.

Together, they join us for a conversation exploring Nordic Nine #3: You recognize humanity’s challenges and have the entrepreneurial knowledge to help resolve them.
