EVENT DESCRIPTION
SHIFT experience is a ONE-DAY URBAN RETREAT offering a space for exploration of the many layers of your whole being through yoga, meditation, dance, breath work, journaling, live music and sound journeys.
SHIFT is an invitation to gravitate from the more gross parts of your bodies, and with awareness move gracefully into the subtler and finer parts of the self and our aim is to support each other in creating the shifts needed in our lives.
SHIFT is for everyone and you are welcome as you are - whether you want to explore more about your physical body, dive deeper into your bright mind, or explore the ecstatic joy of your freeing spirit.
This day will be dedicated to offerings to honor the constant state of shifting that permeates all in our universe and existence. A day of exploration and SELF-study to elevate our higher perception and discover the secrets of our hearts. The offerings include conscious dance, yoga, meditation, rituals & food, soundscapes & live music, deep rest & renewal. Hosted at Nikolaj Kunsthal by Ro Acosta and Stina Madelaire.

TERMS OF PURCHASE
Tickets are non-refundable but can be passed on to someone else. In case you do that, please send an email on hello@shiftexperience.dk with the name of the new participant.
In case of a lock down or any other unpredictable events (force majeure) that keeps us from going through with the event, your ticket will instead be transferred to our next event.
In case we choose to cancel for any other reason, you will get a full refund.
The program is subject to change.
We will be taking photos and recording video at the event for future promotion purposes.
