Scandic Sluseholmen 2 course dinner "chef choice" included ice water. 

Beverages can be ordered and paid at the bar. 

The dinner starts at 19.00 and we look forward to welcoming you! 

The dinner will be chef-choice set menu. Please inform about any dietary og allergy restrictions upon booking your tickets and the kitchen will accommodate.

Menu: 

Starter:

White asparagus served with shrimps, smoke cheese cream, dill oil, sorrel and chevil

Main course:

Medium rare roast of veal served with grilled vegetables, baked potato with spiced butter and sauce borderlaise

 

Vegan menu:  (also served for vegetarians and pescetarians)

Starter:

Grilled white asparagus with tarragon mayo, fried bread, and fried capers

Main course:

Vegetable patty with spicy pumpkin risotto and pickled mushrooms
