Join this workshop physically at DUF and get tools to help boost the financial management of your international project. Learn about DUF’s mandatory templates and how proactive financial management can help you get the most out of a grant.
Through presentations and exercises, we will equip you with the tools to manage your project effectively. Join the workshop to get:
- An introduction to DUFs financial management guidelines and templates
- Methods and practical tools for financial monitoring before, during and after completion of your project
- The opportunity to try bookkeeping, budget follow-up, and budget revision
Target group:
The workshop is suitable for both volunteers and staff from international partnerships engaged in activities under DUF’s international funds mechanism.
