Vi holder sommer jazzkoncert i kirken med Nick Tomalin Quartet som spiller jazz standards med danske melodier med Inge-Lise Nygaard på vokals iblandt. 

Orkestret består af Nick Tomalin på tangenter, Mark Allaway på saxofon, Dominic Howles på bas og Matt Fishwick på trommer. Orkestret blev dannet i september 2018 for at spille ved de helt nye Jazz Vesper gudstjenester i Christ Church i Wanstead.

Join us for an evening of summer-jazz with Nick Tomalin Quartet playing jazz standards with Danish melodies. Today joined by soprano Inge-Lise Nygaard on vocals. 

Nick Tomalin is a jazz pianist and composer who has been working as a professional musician and educator for over 20 years. He has performed at many prestigious jazz venues in London including the 606 Club, the Jazz Café, and Ronnie Scott’s and has several releases to his name. 

This configuration of the Quartet consists of Nick Tomalin on piano, Mark Allaway on saxophone, Dominic Howles on bass and Matt Fishwick on drums, was created in 2018 to perform for the jazz Vespers services at Christ Church in Wanstead.
